who we are
tiny vessels is the Portland, Oregon based collaborative project of Rachel Goldman and Emily Haygeman. Grown from 20 years of friendship and movement experience, tiny vessels explores themes of world-building, emergence, and spiral time. They draw inspiration from Butoh, contemporary dance, and contemplative traditions. They regularly collaborate with other local dancers, musicians, and artists. Their current (tiny) home is at East Creative Collective. You can encounter their movement explorations at the collective’s First Friday events every month.
